After cleansing, apply a small amount to clean, dry skin using your hands or a cotton pad. Avoid the eye area and do not rinse. Start 2–3 times per week, then gradually increase frequency according to your skin's tolerance. Follow with moisturizer and always use sunscreen during the day.
