- Wash and dry your feet thoroughly.
- Cut open the foot mask along the indicated line and place your feet inside the sock-shaped masks.
- Secure them with the attached adhesive strips.
- Leave on for 30 minutes.
- Remove the masks and rinse your feet thoroughly with water.
- Dead skin will generally begin peeling naturally after 4–7 days. Do not pull or forcibly remove the peeling skin.
